Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

6 egg whites

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup oats

1 tsp vanilla

Dash of Cinnamon

Directions

  • Put all of the ingredients in blender and blend until completely mixed
  • Pour mixture onto a hot griddle, 8 at a time
  • Top with fresh fruit or peanut butter
  • Makes 14-16 Pancakes
