About Me

About Me

(Before at my heaviest)

I have always gone up and down with my weight since I was in high school. Every time I would get motivated to get into shape and start being healthy I would pick one of my beach body workouts from my shelf and get going because I knew it would get the job done. When I started having kids though, not only did my body change but I had less time to do workouts and focus on just me or anything else for that matter. After my second  baby though the weight was much harder to get off. I knew I needed to make a change not only for me, but for my kids.

I started having a greater desire to make sure that what I was feeding my kids was helping their little bodies grow and develop and not just satisfying their hunger. I found myself being bothered whenever I didn’t have time to make dinner and would just order a pizza or go through the drive thru for dinner. Then one day it hit me that my kids mimic EVERYTHING I do, ha ha. What I say, how I act, what I eat. So, I decided that if I wanted them to be healthy then I needed to be healthy, and not just on special occasions, but all the time. So I went back to what I KNEW worked which was Beachbody.

(After Beachbody)

I signed up to be a Beachbody coach because I knew that by putting myself and my goals out there for everyone to see, then I was going to be held accountable for it. It has since kept me motivated and excited to continually grow in this whole process. I am now seeing
my kids make healthier choices and even my husband has started eating a little better and become more active. I am also starting to see how being a Beachboy Coach can give me greater financial freedom to stay home with my boys and contribute to our family income so that
I can choose how I live my life now.

Now with the experience I am gaining I have been able to share this with others and help them reach their goals just like I am reaching mine.
