Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

Ingredients

½ cup oats

1 container greek yogurt  ( I use light and fit 80 calories ones. Coconut flavor is my fav.)

1 tsp chia seeds

1/3 to ½ cup almond milk

Directions

Mix everything together and store in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds give it a thick almost pudding consistency.

Top it with your choice of fruit and enjoy!!

 

I usually make 5-7 at a time for the entire week and just stick them all in the fridge.

Ingredients 1 Naan Flatbread 1 Roma Tomato 3 tbsp marinara 3-4 slices fresh mozzarella Sprinkle of basil Directions Assemble flatbread pizzas with any healthy ingredients you want to make your own creation (Chicken, steak, veggies etc.) Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
