Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats


½ cup oats

1 container greek yogurt  ( I use light and fit 80 calories ones. Coconut flavor is my fav.)

1 tsp chia seeds

1/3 to ½ cup almond milk


Mix everything together and store in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds give it a thick almost pudding consistency.

Top it with your choice of fruit and enjoy!!


I usually make 5-7 at a time for the entire week and just stick them all in the fridge.
