Green Smoothie


1/2 cup almond milk

1-2 cups spinach

1/2 cup oats

2 TBSP Peanut Butter Powder (or regular PB)

1 TBSP Chocolate Milk mix (Nesquik)

2 TBSP Flaxseed

1 Banana


  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender and blend
  • If you want a thicker shake add a handful of ice to the top and blend
